How to deal with pains of break up?

I broke up with my boyfriend because I found out that

he's not divorced, only legally separated. And we live in different

cities, couldn't be together, he didn't want marriage...

He was extremely nice and I'm feeling guilty.

Did I do something wrong or was I heartless?

I think I did the right thing, however painful.

I'm feeling terrible and confused, please, help. How to deal with pains of break up?
He may not have been with her even if he was still legally married. You did the right thing and was not heartless. Was he up front with you? Did he tell you he was married before but didn't mention he was still married? If so that could mean its def. over between them but he's not legally divorced or he didn't feel he really needed to tell you because one you are to far away to even find out and he didn't want marriage anyway so it was pointless to get to serious. Either way. Once again you did the right thing about breaking it off yes it hurts to break up but its for the best, if you are looking for a long-term relationship having a distant one doesn't normally work unless you've already been dating and then there's a distant you can still keep contact and make it work until your together again. Starting one that way my knowledge is it doesn't last. If he wants to be with you he will make sure hes sep before contacting you again. Just move on and be proud of yourself, I would be. It takes a strong woman to break up and stand strong about it. You go girl ;)How to deal with pains of break up?
he's married don't be dumb. you live in other cities none of this is good for a relationship. get over it and have sex with someone else. you'll like it and you'll forget all about whats his name the loser married guy who can't even get along with a woman who promised to God she'd stick around. He's a loser and your not cause you feel bad. F*** Him!!!
No, you did nothing wrong. He lied to you and that is unacceptable in a relationship. Trust is everything. Of course its painful, but you deserve better. With time, the pain will fade.
Stay away from him! You were basically his mistress! Stay away. Just do what I do when I go through a painful breakup make friends with Ben %26amp; Jerry.
